Office Administrator/receptionist

Office Administrator
**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and electronic files.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping tasks.
- Coordinate and oversee vendor management, including maintaining relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
