**What will you do?**
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to assist them in their daily operational and admin tasks
- Support the recruitment process as per the strategy that has been agreed with the TA Partner
- Support on job postings and promotion (Creating Job Descriptions)
- Participating in projects and other tasks as agreed by Talent Acquisition Lead to drive excellence in the TA function.
- Learn on recruitment strategies, policies and programs that deliver internal and external recruiting results to meet company's strategic need.
- Able to support end-to-end recruitment but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement.
- Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
- Perform others routine HR basic operations support as when required and supporting Head of HR
- Will assist HR head on functions reports and projects
- First point of Contact for all employee matters
- Able to travel
- Hybrid role able to com win to the office when needed
- Work with various department for solution

Position is temporary (18 months) full time maternity leave coverage

**What will you need to succeed?**
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in recruitment
- 2 - years of experience in HR
- Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and have strong influence and impetus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are able to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
- Meet strict deadlines
- Union dealings an asset
