Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement within our North American operations in the US & Canada.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify HR needs and create actionable plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Design and implement talent management strategies to enhance workforce capabilities and support succession planning.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide insights to leadership to guide data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to support leadership development and team effectiveness.
- Design and roll out recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal employment laws and best practices.
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and employee adaptation to new processes or systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in North America.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools.
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

- Base salary range $93K - $117K CAD per annum.
- Hybrid work model with 2 days of working from the office located in Oakville.
