Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Looking for an Admin Assistant to help with the day to day activities to support the owner of a small bookkeeping company.
Initially this position will be part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm, and will shortly transition into full-time as quickly as you can take on tasks.
The position is based out of a home office in Central Toronto with the possibility to work on assignments remotely.
- Experience or interest in using Quickbooks Desktop/online
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills a must
- Highly organized, able to prioritize, and works well under limited supervision
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience and very proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Be a canadian citizen
- Must be able to work in-person
- Must have car
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate and maintain google calendar, task, and workspace apps
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Start and complete Projects
- Other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
