**ATP Label Bookkeeper**

ATP Label specializes in the manufacture and distribution of labels. We are a fast-growing company that supplies custom label solutions to various industries across North America. Our office in North York requires an experienced Bookkeeper (3-5 years) to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**

The Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing the company’s financial records and supporting the accounting and administrative functions. This individual will ensure accurate financial reporting, assist with quarterly reporting and annual audits, and support general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Bookkeeping / Financial Administration**
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting year-end audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support GST/HST filings.

**Order & Fulfillment Financial Support**
- Track financial aspects of order processing, including purchase orders and vendor invoices.
- Work with the Sales and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely invoicing and order-related financial documentation.

**Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including handling sensitive financial data and preparing financial summaries.
- Oversee expense reporting and petty cash management.
- Assist with general office management tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Odoo or similar ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and compliance is an asset.
