**Job Overview**:
Trillium Sales Group is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounts payable, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This is a full-time, in-office position, requiring you to work Monday to Friday.

**Duties**:

- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable entries
- Reconcile credit card transactions with general ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices, receipts, and payments
- Responsible in maintaining vendor relationship and negotiating credit terms
- Perform intercompany transaction reconciliation
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Respond to inquiries from internal/external stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed
- Responsible in Inventory management

**Experience**:
2-3 Years of Bookkeeping Experience
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Accounting degree is an Asset
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$51,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
