As an essential member of the Talent Management team located at the Oakville regional office, the Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Talent Management Partner to deliver exceptional customer service in areas of Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Training, and Acquisition, to specified clientele.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in same, or similar role.
- College diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, preferred.
