Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (40%)- Advertise job openings, evaluate candidates, and arrange interviews.
- Develop strategies for proactively attracting top-tier talent.
- Create job descriptions and collaborate with management to ensure optimal staffing.
- Enhance the company's online presence and generate content for recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the careers and culture section of the company website.
- Build and maintain the company’s reputation on career platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish ideal candidate profiles that align with the organization's core values and role requirements.
- Draft, manage, and execute employment contracts and offer letters.
- Guide managers and team leaders through challenging discussions and conflicts, serving as a resource for all personnel managers.
- Monitor team engagement and turnover, providing recommendations and implementing necessary changes.
- Design and enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for all new team members.
- Coordinate with management on employee performance evaluations.
- Review, refine, and implement various processes and policies to elevate employee experience and the agency's success.
- Organize quarterly offsite meetings and company events.
- Develop budgets for events, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Support company charity and cultural initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to launch a training program for interns and co-op students.
- Facilitate quarterly events and workshops.
- Promote hybrid work arrangements through the agency's communication channels.
- Work with the administrative team to address employee equipment needs.
- Manage supply purchases and vendor relationships.
- Oversee co-working and office memberships.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in human resources.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, procedures, and basic employment laws.
- Experience in a creative agency setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism to earn the respect of all employees.
- Exceptional organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the handling of sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other HR-related software.
