Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Human Resource Specialist to enhance our dynamic Product Design and Digital Marketing agency. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about cultivating high-performing teams within a vibrant agency atmosphere.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (40%)
  1. Advertise job openings, evaluate candidates, and arrange interviews.
  2. Develop strategies for proactively attracting top-tier talent.
  3. Create job descriptions and collaborate with management to ensure optimal staffing.
  4. Enhance the company's online presence and generate content for recruitment marketing initiatives.
  5. Oversee the careers and culture section of the company website.
  6. Build and maintain the company’s reputation on career platforms.
Human Resources Management (30%)
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to establish ideal candidate profiles that align with the organization's core values and role requirements.
  2. Draft, manage, and execute employment contracts and offer letters.
  3. Guide managers and team leaders through challenging discussions and conflicts, serving as a resource for all personnel managers.
  4. Monitor team engagement and turnover, providing recommendations and implementing necessary changes.
  5. Design and enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for all new team members.
  6. Coordinate with management on employee performance evaluations.
  7. Review, refine, and implement various processes and policies to elevate employee experience and the agency's success.

  1. Organize quarterly offsite meetings and company events.
  2. Develop budgets for events, meetings, and professional development activities.
  3. Support company charity and cultural initiatives.

Qualifications
  1. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in human resources.
  2. A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, procedures, and basic employment laws.
  4. Experience in a creative agency setting is advantageous.
  5. Familiarity with HR Information Systems is preferred.
  6. Demonstrated professionalism to earn the respect of all employees.
  7. Exceptional organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the handling of sensitive information.
  9. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Proficiency in Google Suite and other HR-related software.
