Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tax Trend Solutions. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring timely execution.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR department in coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with organizational goals, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, reports, and other materials.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Recruitment: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations for team members, ensuring timely and cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, and responding to electronic inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
