Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (40%)
  1. Advertise job openings, evaluate candidates, and arrange interviews.
  2. Develop strategies for proactively attracting top talent.
  3. Create job descriptions and collaborate with management to ensure optimal staffing.
  4. Enhance the company's online presence and generate content for recruitment marketing.
  5. Oversee the careers and culture section on the company website.
  6. Build and maintain the company's reputation on job boards and listing sites.
Human Resources Management (30%)
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to create ideal candidate profiles that align with the organization's core values and role requirements.
  2. Draft, maintain, and manage employee contracts and offer letters.
  3. Guide managers and team leaders through challenging conversations and conflicts, serving as a resource for all personnel managers.
  4. Monitor team engagement and turnover, providing recommendations and implementing changes as necessary.
  5. Design and enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for all new team members.
  6. Coordinate with management on employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications
  1. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  2. A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, procedures, and basic employment laws.
  4. Experience in a creative agency setting is advantageous.
  5. Familiarity with HR Information Systems is preferred.
  6. Demonstrated professionalism to earn the respect of all employees.
  7. Exceptional organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the handling of sensitive information.
  9. Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Proficiency in Google Suite and other HR-related software.
