American Iron & Metal will be introducing a significant program (AIM Tuition Scholarship Assistance Program) to support the post-secondary education studies of employees’ children.

This unique program in both Canada and US, fills our need to recognize the lifelong benefit of education, helping individuals to achieve their full potential, breaking down social and economical barriers and provide better opportunity for future generations through greater access to post-secondary education.

As part of the Learning & Development team, the Tuition Program Coordinator will report to the L&D Director and be responsible for the overall promotion and coordination of the Tuition Scholarship Assistance Program (TSAP).
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in coordinating high-volume requests in a project environment
- Background in administration/management
- Experience within a University or College Admissions Department considered an asset
- High level of discretion and autonomy
- Strong organization and communication skills; ability to communicate with a range of different stakeholders within the organization.
- Adaptable and solutions oriented.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
