We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers who contribute to the success of our programs. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with volunteers, ensuring their experience is fulfilling and aligned with our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, screen, and select volunteers to support various initiatives within the foundation.
- Develop and conduct training sessions to orient volunteers with the foundation's mission and programs.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and tasks, ensuring their skills are utilized effectively.
- Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support and supervision to volunteers.
- Develop strategies to recognize and appreciate the contributions of volunteers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in volunteer coordination or relevant fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate diverse groups of volunteers effectively.
- Passionate about the foundation's mission and the impact of play-based learning on education.
