- Develop and execute business plans for revenue growth.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Cultivate customer loyalty through regular communication.
- Drive expansion with key accounts and new markets.
- Assist in corporate marketing plans as needed.
- Gather requirements for new service development.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas industry and environmental services.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- At least 5 years of Oil & Gas Business Development experience.
- Degree / Diploma in business or environmental sciences.
