Reporting to the Director of Public Works, the Office Supervisor provides administrative assistance to the Public Works, Utility and Sustainability, Fleet, Facilities and Engineering Departments. This position oversees the day-to-day office functions and customer service activities at the James E. Graham building while supporting corporate services processes. The Office Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of full-time clerical staff and relief clerical staff and for ensuring accounting controls are implemented and maintained consistently with City-wide internal controls. The position is also responsible for overseeing customer service for the sale of plots, niches, and services at the Fort Saskatchewan Cemetery.

**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance with researching, preparing, and reviewing documents; responding to facility concerns at the James E. Graham building; administrative cemetery sales and inventory; assistance with business cases, budget planning, variance reporting, forecasting and year end reporting for the business units, and ensuring cash handling and accounting controls are implemented and maintained, in alignment with City-wide processes.
