POSITION SUMMARY

The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions. PROJECT DETAILS Position will be in the Moose Jaw/Regina are in Saskatchewan 14 days on/7 days off rotation $175/day LOA CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES General Administration/Communication:  Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications. Payroll:  Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client. Document Control : Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project. Controls:  Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review Purchasing:  Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset. Experience with document control Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset. Microsoft Excel experience APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES  Willing to take initiative and work independently Be open-minded and eager to be challenged Possess a problem solving and critical thinking attitude Effective written, oral and peer-to-peer communication skills Detail oriented work ethic Willing to take direction from team members Ability to work cooperatively with peers High energy and positive individual
