Marketing Lead

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and creative Marketing Lead to join our team In this role you will get the opportunity to use your creative side, to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness. You will work closely with cross functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, analyze results and support communications throughout the organization.

- Ability to understand brand voice and adapt tone of communications and copy accordingly**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee design of content for social channels
- Develop and manage promotions and contests
- Manage inbound and social marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Duties include online advocacy and monitoring, editorial content, content writing, community-outreach efforts, aggregating article and video content, distributing content to content sites etc
- Timely response to social media comments and messages
- Proactive engagement with influencers and brand enthusiasts
- Track & report share of social mention and distill key insights
- Build personalized workflows for various customer segments and groups
- Platform management: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, ADP Career Center, Hubspot CRM,
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum Requirements (Experience, Education, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities):
- A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Program or College Diploma in Marketing or Communications and/or Business or related field from a recognized institution or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience in social media community management
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Must have strong technical knowledge of social media marketing, including consumer trends, platform capabilities
Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
