Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Content:

- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Create engaging posts, images, videos, and stories that align with our brand's messaging and goals.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
- Digital and Physical Events Management:

- Plan and execute both digital (webinars, virtual events) and physical (conferences, trade shows) events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, registration, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful events.
- HubSpot Automations:

- Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms to create workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and automated marketing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize and improve automation processes to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Blog Management:

- Research, write, and edit blog posts on relevant industry topics.
- Optimize blog content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Promote blog content through various channels to increase traffic and brand authority.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, designers, writers, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
