**Job Summary**:The Marketing Support/ HubSpot CRM Specialist is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of the HubSpot CRM platform. They work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure that the CRM system is effectively leveraged to support customer relationship management, sales, and marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HubSpot CRM Management**:

- Configure and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Create and manage custom objects, properties, and workflows within the CRM.
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by regularly auditing and cleaning the database.
- Update lists and manage marketing contacts

**Integration and Automation**:
**Lead and Contact Management**:

- Manage and segment leads and contacts within the CRM to support targeted marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.

**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that they have the tools and data they need to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
- Implement sales dashboards and reporting for performance tracking.

**Marketing Integration**:

- Work with the marketing team to ensure that the CRM is effectively integrated with marketing efforts, including tracking website activity and campaign performance.
- Monitor the quality and performance of marketing-generated leads.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate and analyze CRM data and reporting to provide insights into customer behavior, lead conversion, and pipeline performance.
- Use data to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**User Training and Support**:

- Train and support CRM users on how to effectively utilize the HubSpot CRM.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users as needed.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Implement access controls and data encryption where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot CRM.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of CRM data structure and custom objects.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- HubSpot CRM certification.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies.

A HubSpot CRM Specialist is a key player in optimizing the customer relationship management process. They ensure that the CRM system is effectively configured and used to support sales and marketing efforts, ultimately contributing to improved customer relationships and business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
