Marketing & Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Implement and maintain a CRM system to track leads and customer interactions
- Lead cold calling and cold knocking campaigns to generate new leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor analysis
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media, and sales
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Cold calling or door-to-door sales experience is a plus

**Job Summary**
