**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Implement and maintain a CRM system to track leads and customer interactions
- Lead cold calling and cold knocking campaigns to generate new leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor analysis

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, social media, and sales
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Cold calling or door-to-door sales experience is a plus

**Job Summary**

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth. This role involves overseeing sales activities, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients.

**Duties**

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
- Utilize technology sales tools to enhance productivity
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Prior experience in account management and customer service
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and strategies
