In this role you will:
- Responsible for all activities related to Air Traffic Services Recruitment.-
- Assist in supporting the creation of assessments.- Conduct interviews and provide advice and guidance to managers on best practices within the recruitment function.-
- Participate in career fairs to screen potential external applicants and ensure effective representation of NAV CANADA’s employer brand and NAV CANADA as a preferred employer.- Conduct telephone and/or in-person screening interviews.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree from university or college diploma in a related field.- HR designation considered an asset.- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, including the following:
- Experience acting as an end-to-end Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Advisor in a corporate and/or agency environments.-
- Volume recruitment for skilled professionals experience is an asset.-
- Change management and project management experience an asset.- Knowledge of current effective recruitment and assessment techniques.- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion theories and best practices.- Knowledge of online recruitment platforms.- Knowledge of Workday processes and functionality is an asset.

Working Conditions:
- This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement.- Occasional travel required.
