With ambitious plans to grow we’re busy recruiting and looking to welcome an additional talent acquisition specialist to our team, to support the continued growth of the Mott MacDonald team in Canada and the US.-
- To join our team, you’ll need some recruitment experience, having recruited in either an agency or internal environment. You need to be confident, proactive, and creative. We work as a close team and everyone has a voice so it’s important to us that you’re someone who has a genuine interest in recruitment; taking pride in everything you do. It’s also a role for someone who wants to develop and progress in a talent acquisition roles and having a curiosity to learn.
- We’re looking for someone who has:

- 3+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant / advisor / talent acquisition assistant preferred. An applied interest in talent acquisition demonstrable through education, internships or other means will also be considered.
- high attention to detail and a personable and professional approach.
- exceptional communication (oral and written) skills.
- ability to work proactively and manage own workload.
- ability to travel infrequently across North America, as necessary.
- a passion for a career in talent acquisition and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
