**Job Description** Role Summary**

PartnerRe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in attracting and acquiring top talent for our organization. We are looking for proactive and dynamic recruiters who are willing to take the role of Talent Advisors and take ownership of the sourcing and recruitment process; ensuring all stakeholders are well informed and updated throughout the end-to-end recruitment process

**Responsibilities**:
Relationship Building:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the business’s recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the status of open positions.

Interview Process Management:
Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor practices to provide strategic insights to the recruitment process.
- Use tools like LinkedIn talent insights to conduct research and use data to educate hiring managers on current market insights to educate hiring teams on the best way to secure top talent.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the reinsurance sector.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Partner with hiring managers and other HR colleagues to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

**Qualifications** About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for positions within the financial services sector.
- Proven Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in the usage of applicant tracking systems (Smart Recruiters) and other HR software (Success Factors).
- Proven experience with other recruitment tools - for example LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Advanced (Boolean) searches etc.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in the MS office suite - ie ability to understand and utilize applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn data for reporting in Excel and to create presentable formats in Power Point to relay insights to hiring teams and the HR and TA management teams
