**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Assist in data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Utilize Google Suite (or equivalent) for document creation, scheduling, and communication
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity
- Support the pastors with administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sechelt, BC V0N 3A2
