**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- General office duties such as filing, sorting mail, preparing and distributing weekly worship bulletin, keep track of and order supplies as nessesary and work with building property manager to maintain safe and clean environment, help coordinate repairs. Help with preparation of annual general meeting, arrange for printing of reports.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Liaise with rental user groups, prepare rental contracts and agreements; coordinate scheduling of space and communicate with user groups.
- Assist Pastors as needed to prepare for service.
- Finance: pay bills, manage depositsn; coordinate with treasurer.
**Experience, skills required**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a non profit organization a definite asset.
- computer skills (office) as well as social media skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously. Also a team player.
- Ethical business practices; respect for confidentiality.
- Friendly demeanor; comfortable working with the public.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 4 per week
