Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at BC LTD Prime Rentals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computerized systems, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient office operations.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
