**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects or reports.
- Manage and maintain organizational files and documents.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, organizing meetings, and coordinating events.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with phone systems and handling calls professionally.
- Front desk experience is a plus.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
