Team Administrative Assistant

Based at our Cobourg branch office and reporting to the Supervisor, Administrative Services, the Team Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a designated team of Society staff. The incumbent employs various administrative skills and methods in assisting service team members in the provision of services to families and children.
**Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Education and Skills**:
- A Business Administration Diploma or equivalent two-year diploma from an accredited College program;
- A minimum of 18 months of related business administration experience;
- Proven organizational skills to set and meet priorities and established Ministry and Society requirements and to manage assigned workload;
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with Society staff and families as well as community collaterals and the general public.
