Job Description - The Inside Sales executives are professionals whose primary responsibility is to prospect net new business in order to generate and advance sales from new customers in accordance with their growth quota.
Responsibilities: Accountable for achieving sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis by maximizing organization revenues. This role focuses on a high level of prospecting activity into potential accounts in one or across industry verticals. Through relationship building and by utilizing appropriate selling methodologies, the individual will work with various business units within the target account to drive requirements and address them with requisite offerings. In complex selling situations or cross-business unit deals the rep may work in close association with the Sales Manager.
- Utilize Inside Sales Playbook with customers to maximize revenue-generating activity and protect the core business - Generate opportunities and prospect new clients.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest to stimulate new opportunities.
- Leverage understanding of course offerings in order to position College such that our courses deliver high delivery standards to our students.
- Onboard new students effectively.
- Prepare and maintain an accurate pipeline of Net New Opportunities.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
BITTS Group value's Education:
- Completed Post-Secondary Education.
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience with proven success in meeting/exceeding measurable sales targets/quotas
- Experience in strategic territory management an asset.
Ideal Requirements:
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
- Knowledge of prospecting
- Knowledge of industry
- Ability to communicate in English and French (an asset)
- Ability to initiate direct contact/build strong relationships with customers at Senior Management level
- Comfortability with mid-high volume cold calling
- Experience in solution selling - Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM - Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
