As we expand our reach, we are looking to add a skilled Sales Executive to our Aerospace Brokerage Division.


Job Description:

The sales executive will report directly to the Senior Sales Director and be critical in executing sales strategies across designated regions. This position requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can effectively manage and grow customer accounts, and drive the sales of aircraft engines and parts.


Key Responsibilities:


            •           Implement regional sales plans aligned with the company’s overall sales strategies and goals.

            •           Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.

            •           Provide the Senior Sales Director with detailed reports on regional sales performance and market trends.

            •           Coordinate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded while upholding company standards and practices.

            •           Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services.

            •           Organize and attend industry events, representing Gemini Aviation professionally and enhancing business opportunities.

            •           Manage contract negotiations with clients, ensuring compliance and satisfaction on both sides.

            •           Assist in the training and development of the sales team to improve overall performance and sales skills.


Requirements:


            •           Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the aerospace or aviation industry.

            •           Strong understanding of aircraft engines and parts sales.

            •           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working and coordinating within a team environment.

            •           Demonstrated ability to manage and close sales deals successfully.

            •           High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.

            •           Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

            •           Ability to travel extensively as required by the role.

            •           Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
