**Overview**

This is a hybrid position for Toronto, Ontario.

**What You Will Do**

**Curriculum Development**:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.-
- Create instructional materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and other training aids.Regularly assess and update training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.**Training Delivery**:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, ongoing training for current staff, and specialized training as needed.-
- Utilize various instructional techniques and formats, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.-
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other training events to enhance employee skills and knowledge.**Evaluation and Feedback**:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.-
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance training programs, ensuring they meet the business's and its employees' evolving needs.- **Oversight of Outsourcing Partner Training**:
- Oversee and coordinate the training programs conducted by our outsourcing partner.-
- Ensure that the training provided by the outsourcing partner aligns with our company standards and objectives.-
- Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs at the outsourcing partner.-
- Provide support and guidance to the outsourcing partner’s trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery.**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with the Customer Care leadership team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.-
- Partner with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, to ensure training programs align with company goals and standards.-
- Communicate regularly with trainees and their supervisors to monitor progress and address any training-related issues.**Who You Are**- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.-
- 3-5 years of experience in training, curriculum development, or a related role, preferably in a customer care environment.-
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.-
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.-
- Proficiency in using e-learning software, learning management systems (LMS), and other training tools.-
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.-
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
