**Administrator (Term)**

Reporting to the CEO, the Administrator (Term) is responsible for catching up the ~6 month partial backlog in bookkeeping, developing processes & procedures for accounts payable & receivable, payroll, and reconciliations with other systems, and ensuring we get to a state where we have our accounting information available and presented in a timely & accurate fashion for the parent company Soupa Foods Ltd. and its two offspring, Soupa Kitchen Ltd. and Soupa Cafes Ltd.

We currently use QuickBooksOnline, MarginEdge, 7Shifts, WagePoint, Square for Restaurants, Otter, and Google Workspace.

- do 'paperwork' electronically by using systems & tools, including Google Workspace
- have fruitful, respectful, and fun relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues alike

**You’ve got**:

- multiple years of administrative experience, ideally in a multi-company environment
- substantial bookkeeping experience, ideally with QuickBooksOnline and Square
- a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to record-keeping
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
