**About Us**:
**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Confirm with Project Managers that employee time is posted accurately
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
- Process payroll accurately and timely when our part-time bookkeeper is off
- Utilize accounting software (Quickbooks Online)
- Perform general clerical duties to support the accounting department and various departments
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure costs are allocated properly, and get approvals for payments
- Check mail / scan any relevant invoices
- Various administrative duties as required to support the team
- Prepare budget templates for jobs, prepare proposals for sales presentations

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Ability to handle payroll tasks efficiently in support when needed
