**Position Purpose and Objectives**

The Junior Account Administrator provides administration and client service support; ensuring day to day administration processes run smoothly. The Junior Account Administrator helps to assist, Insurance Advisors, & the Wealth Management Consultant with data entry, file management, and client service support. Confidentiality and integrity in every client related interaction is extremely important in this role.

**Essential Job Functions**

Manage the reception desk as needed, interacting with all clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Update the Customer Relationship Management System with client new information as needed and requested

Process paperwork for clients and advisors as needed, making sure all client interaction notes are accurately documented and recorded, as per company policy & compliance standard obligations

Support the new business process from start to finish, filling out required documentation accurately and efficiently

Conduct client service check ins, follow ups, and scheduling of meeting requests

Handle renewal appointments, payments, CE courses and credit, and record keeping associated with licensing

Attend webinars for educational purposes and for compliance

Keep the office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment

**Secondary Functions**

Performs other administrative and client service duties as required

Customer service experience

A positive, can-do attitude

A High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

A strong sense of discretion and professionalism

Strong people skills

Some knowledge of insurance & investments
- **Nice to have**_

1+ year of administrative experience

A Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration

Experience using customer relationship management software

Some volunteer or community involvement experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
