**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and addressing client needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all data entry tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Support the dental reception area by managing patient appointments and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication with team members.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately within the organization.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
**Skills**
- Strong experience in customer support, particularly in a medical or dental office setting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is preferred.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively while providing outstanding service to callers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Pay: $38,478.00-$67,398.00 per year
