**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Shipping and receiving, answering phones, job tracking
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
- Generate reports as needed to support administrative functions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide clerical support as required, including typing documents and managing correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks in an office environment.
- Familiarity with databases and computerized systems for data management.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
