Bee Clean is currently looking for an exceptional member for the **Victoria Team**. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced individuals looking for a full-time opportunity. We are Canada's largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company. With over 20 offices across Canada, we have been providing expert building maintenance and complete janitorial services for 50 years to a variety of clients.

**Hours of work.**

It is important to note that our office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, not including statutory holidays.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Track and assign incoming work orders to the appropriate personnel for timely execution
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory completion of work orders and update the status in the system
- Track and record monthly Fire, Life & Safety
- Record keeping and filing as required
- Handle daily phone calls and correspondence
- Provide support to office and management
- Managing communication channels
- Processing and filing invoices

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Able to work well with others and take directions.
- Attention to detail, efficient, positive attitude
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure

**What we offer**

Competitive wage based on experience and training

Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Benefits after 3 months' probation period

Supportive work environment

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
