We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team Primera is a parent company of Primera Electrical and Primera Mechanical which are both small, locally-owned businesses in Victoria. We value collaboration, personal growth, and professional expertise.

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- File receipts, expenses, and bills and diligently check for discrepancies on invoices
- Paying supplier statements and other company invoices and reconciling the statements each month
- Invoicing jobs upon their completion or as needed
- Receiving payments from clients
- Run payroll and submit benefits information bi-weekly for all employees
- Answering the phone and answering client’s questions or directing their call as necessary
- Creating website content in collaboration with our web developers
- Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems
- Running minor errands

**Qualifications**
- Administrative experience a strong asset
- Must be well organized and an independent self-starter
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Experience using QuickBooks an asset
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
