Office Coordinator

**Administrative Responsibilities**:
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure appropriate import/export documentation.
Assist with purchasing tasks, such as generating purchase orders and following up on deliveries.
Support inventory management by updating inventory lists and entering equipment into the inventory management system.
Assist with regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, FDA, Health Canada) for renewals, audits, and assessments.
Coordinate daily office operations.
**Sales/Marketing Responsibilities**:
Manage the company website and regularly update product pages.
Continuously improve SEO strategies.
Update product catalogs on dedicated platforms.
Develop various communication channels, including newsletters, LinkedIn pages, and Dotmed advertising.
Provide personalized support and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of relevant experience in office administration, customer service, and/or record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce is a plus.
Fluent in English, and knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous.
Prior experience in the medical, biomedical, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical field is required. Knowledge of medical imaging is a bonus.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
**Salary**: $48,000.00 per year
