Events & Office Coordinator

LuLu Island Winery brings the warmth of Okanagan Wine Country into the city. As a family-owned winery, our mission lies in sharing our passion for wine and championing unforgettable experiences for all patrons and visitors of the winery.
As our Events & Office Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operations of the administration department, including managing event rental inquiries and leading a handful of in house hosted events. In addition, this position will liaise between the various departments of the winery.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the administration department
- Organizing and updating spreadsheets
- Sourcing, negotiating procuring items for the company
- Manage all event rental inquiries and secure contracts
- Launch a handful of events at the winery
- Onboarding of new hires
- Running errands, bank runs, mail, etc, as needed
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations overall
- Write professionally for memos, reports, marketing collateral, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven experience in events or hospitality industry

- High organization and multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving ability
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitude.
