- The Policy Analyst independently manages assigned policy development projects focused on the review and revision of existing BCFIRB programs, activities and decisions that support BCFIRB’s legislated mandates and supervisory oversight of BC’s regulated agricultural marketing boards and commissions.**Job Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in a related discipline and one (1) year of cumulative related experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and minimum two (2) years cumulative related experience; OR
- Diploma in a related discipline and three (3) years of cumulative related experience.
- An equivalent combination of related experience, education and/or training may be considered.

Related experience must include:
- Experience researching policy issues and conducting policy analysis.
- Experience managing projects and/or project components.

Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Experience working with the agriculture and/or food processing sectors.
- Experience working in adjudicative, regulatory or legislative environments.
- Experience working with an administrative tribunal or other independent office.

Willingness Statement:
