Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, you will primarily be responsible supporting various HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, administration, and compliance. You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries while assisting with training and development practices. As a part of our Human Capital team, you will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees and management to drive HR initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts by fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client retention.
- Provide training and support to ensure customers and accounts understand and effectively sell the company’s products.
- Monitor assigned accounts performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in CRM software.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Systemair’s product portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Address and support customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, educate stakeholders, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends, including energy efficiency standards, HVAC regulations, and sustainable building solutions.
- Support Construction and Home Builders Associations in the territory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product development and marketing, on customer needs and market conditions.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Skills, Education, and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, achieving sales targets and managing client accounts, HVAC industry and distribution preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the designated territory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Organizational and time management skills.

Job Conditions
**Physical Demands**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.
- Light physical effort - able to lift up to 20lbs at times.
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 50% to meet territory needs.

**Work Environment**:

- Office Environment or in the Field (territory). At times, in Factory, Warehouse, and/or Distribution Center.
- May incur frequent travel via car within a given territory.
- May involve working outside regular business hours to meet with customers or attend trade shows and other events.
