- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage daily operations of the organization.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure performance goals are met.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
