With core designers from Microsoft, Viavi, and Fortinet, we focus on designing best-in-class Counter-drone technology - both hardware and software - to help our clients in the public and private sectors secure their airspace.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide HR work related support, including but not limited to job posting, interview scheduling, employee onboarding/training/termination, employee performance managing and incentive structure designing, company parties organizing.
- Providing general administrative support, including but not limited to the areas of reception, programs, special projects, communications, coordination, office maintenance, etc.
- Maintaining the filing system and ensuring that all files are stored securely and safely, documented and organized.
- Provide Finance work related support, including but not limited to budgeting, invoicing, and bookkeeping procedures, funding preparation, business travel arrangement.
- Manage company accounts, systems, and software, and provide necessary training.
- Assist in interpreting and analyzing government policies, acts, and regulations.
- Working together with Leader to build a great team

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years in Business Administration/Operations/Human Recourses/Finance field or related experiences.
- Solid computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin) would also be an asset
- Strongly attention to details.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team and independently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
