As Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you will be supporting and partnering with hiring managers across the organization to acquire top talent for our vacant positions. You will create and maintain recruitment strategy, employer brand initiatives, and network connections to attract talent to join Urban Barn. You will also be supporting HR administrative tasks and special projects.

**What You Will Do**:
- Partner with hiring managers to support in attraction and completing the recruitment process
- Supports the effective management of the recruitment process SOP, ensuring adoption and compliance
- Report on key metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process and employer brand
- Partner with Marketing to ensure Career Centres, Employer Pages, and Social media accounts are updated with compelling content and employer branding
- Support and coordinate training to new hiring managers for seamless adoption of recruitment SOP and best practices
- Provide feedback and insight to hiring managers, to help them improve their execution of the talent acquisition processes and improve in their hiring results
- Assist in updating and coordinating onboarding programs for head office, stores, and warehouse
- Provide additional administrative support on changes in employee status, leave administration, offer letter generation, and stretch assignment documentation
- Support in completing HR initiatives, policy updates, and special projects, as assigned

**What You Bring**:
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in high volume recruitment, supporting a retail or hospitality brand (corporate, retail, and/or agency experience)
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, bilingualism (French/English) preferred
- Highly developed networking and sourcing skills proficient with job and social tools
- Passion for talent acquisition and strong collaboration and partnership skills
- Keen interest in expanding your HR knowledge and skills
