Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- General administration for any required HR departmental activities; including HR Ticketing System (Solarwinds).
- Manages agendas, meeting minutes and action items resulting from departmental, health and safety, or operational meetings as assigned.
- Maintains, updates and evolves all HR reporting including HR Scorecards, HRIS custom reports and communication of same in partnership with departmental stakeholders.
- In collaboration with the departmental and other internal stakeholders, support all onboarding requirements including the creation of accurate HR profiles in Ceridian Dayforce, Alchemy, and support the initial orientation and training of new hires.
- Support coordination of training activities and learning deliverables as directed. Submits all necessary forms and documentation to procure grants/subsidies depending on applicability/availability.
- Support employee lifecycle engagement monitoring using Survey Monkey. Liases with HR Manager to ensure timely communication of insights to support living action plan development and execution.
- Drive social engagement and initiatives through special events influencing volunteerism and participation from all departments.
- Develop, support, and coordinate internal communications and social media content.
- Responsible to maintain all bulletin boards (digital and traditional) with current information at all Burlington facilities.
- Facilitates HRIS system administration in support of the HR department and it’s client groups.
- Assist with other general duties and projects as required.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education, preference with a focus in Human Resource Management;
- 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Advanced MS Office skills required, especially Excel skills.
- Ceridian Dayforce experience strongly preferred.

Working Conditions
The HR Team works in a busy office environment with daily exposure to a plant environment. Long periods of sitting and using a computer are involved, and there is a low risk of accidents involved in this position. Mental stress is relative to meeting tight deadlines, producing accurate work and responding to urgent requests. Some travel will be required to other Ippolito locations in Burlington.
