HR Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Services Coordinator to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. This role is responsible for providing HR support to our geographies and delivering critical services that require close physical proximity to business operations.
About the Role:
The HR Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee concerns and complaints, conducting workplace investigations, and implementing local services and programs to reduce employee turnover. They will also assist with recruitment activities, talent acquisition, and select onboarding/offboarding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Investigate workplace incidents and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

Work Environment:
