Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Support in preparing and organizing HR-related documentation, including employee contracts and policies.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience in a similar role would be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with associates at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
