**Office Administration Assistant**
Full time position (40 hours/week)
Provide administrative and bookkeeping assistance to our fast-paced restoration and hazmat companies.
**General duties will include**:
- Provide telephone assistance
- Scanning of documents
- Maintain warehouse supplies
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Invoicing
- Assist Project Managers as needed
- Assist with payroll
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Detail oriented
- Good with Numbers
- Punctual and reliable
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional and able to work in fast paced and changing environment
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Self-motivated
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with bookkeeping
- Experience in the restoration industry or construction industry
Salary range ($20-25/hour) and benefits package available upon probationary period
