Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate orders
- Support budgeting processes and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks & Excel
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage payroll tasks efficiently
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong clerical skills for office organization
- Proficiency/Strong skills in Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
