**Administrative Assistant**
**BD Mitchell Prosthetic & Orthotic Services Ltd** is looking to fill a position for a full-time Reception/Administrative Assistant immediately.
This position is in a busy medical office. If you are willing to learn and enjoy multi-tasking, this position is for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients
- Complete client intake forms, prepare paperwork for any direct billing
- Coordinate with hospital staff for any admitted or emergency patients that require prosthetic or orthotic clinical care
- Address requests from clinicians or technicians re
- scheduling of clients' work orders or office visits.
- Answer incoming calls and schedule clinical appointments.
- Prepare estimates to funding agencies for approval, and invoicing them by performing various clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.
**Skill**:
- Experience in an administrative setting is an asset, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, collaborate with other employees - clinicians, technicians, and other administrators is most important.
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
